About Us

Cultivating a Healthier Community.

Founded by Kiandra Parks in 2025, Heritage Urban Farms was born from a passion for sustainable food production and community empowerment. With deep roots in Wilmington’s urban farming movement, Kiandra and her team are committed to bridging the gap between city living and access to fresh, organic food.

Our mission is to provide healthy, locally grown produce while fostering education, sustainability, and community engagement.

We have partnered with several community gardens in Wilmington to house our urban farm. We are located at the Downtown Garden @ 4th and Orange St and @ the Southbridge Community Garden in Wilmington. If you are interested in a traditional urban farm or hydroponic partnership, contact us!
